This came during a field visit that included a number of health facilities affiliated with the Foundation in the Emirates of Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain, during which he was accompanied by the Acting Executive Director of the Medical Services Sector, Dr. Essam Al -Zarouni, and the Director of Primary Health Care Department, Dr. Karima Al -Raisi, where the developments of development and expansion projects, and the main maintenance and improvement plans, in addition to discussing mechanisms for supporting operational integration between Services, and expanding the scope of qualitative specializations within the framework of the Foundation’s strategy to transform into a proactive health model.

Al -Serkal said: “Our goal is to redesign the care environment completely, as we convert daily notes into strategic decisions, and the experience to an effective policy, and the establishment from a service center to a turning point in improving human health, and we depend on that on interactive platforms, including periodic customers that we organize in health centers, which represent the true community voice, and contribute to drawing features of developing services in line with their expectations And their needs. “

– A comprehensive structure
The health centers included in the visit, which are the Al -Salama Health Center, Al -Khazan Health Center, Al -Hamriya Health Center and Al -Hamidiya Health Center, witnessed comprehensive developments in infrastructure, clinics and diagnostic and supportive services, as well as redistributing therapeutic services to ensure better integration, and the creation of new specialized paths that are in line with the diversity of the population composition and its changing health needs.

In the context of completing the improvement work, the Foundation included the health tank centers and the health safety within a qualitative maintenance plan for the year 2025, including updating the digital structure, raising the efficiency of operation, and enhancing absorptive flexibility, as well as transporting some clinics, such as vaccination and dental clinics, to specialized centers and departments to reduce operating pressure, in addition to plans to expand the positions designated for auditors and redesign spaces Service for improving the flow of mobility, as well as studying the addition of a new building to the health reservoir center to expand its specialized services list in the field of pediatrics, leather and others.

Dr. Al -Serkal briefed on the improvements implemented in the Hamriyah Health Center, which included the update of the pharmacy department, the maintenance of the radiology department and the installation of an advanced radiology device, with the Foundation continuing to follow the technical notes to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency. The center was also included in the periodic maintenance plan, confirming the Foundation’s commitment to continuing to create a modern and sustainable treatment environment.

In a related context, it was announced that the expansion of Al -Hamidiya Health Center was announced, in preparation for its operation in its new solution during the second quarter of 2025, after completing the equipment to provide a package of specialized services and upgrade the quality of health services provided within a modern integrative model.

Digital revolution
In light of the acceleration of digital transformations in the health sector, Al -Serkal explained that the digital transformation is no longer an option, but rather a pivotal basis in the development of the health system, indicating that the coming period will witness the introduction of more smart health systems based on artificial intelligence and predictive analyzes, in order to raise the efficiency of diagnosis and enhance the accuracy of clinical decisions, and improve the results of treatment, in addition to increasing the ability of centers to predict needs and interaction Follow up with it, adding: “For us, digitization is an integrated vision aimed at reducing the time of diagnosis, raising the accuracy of procedures, and improving the treatment trip from the moment of entry until after recovery.”

Digital care
In implementation of the vision of the Emirates Health Services Corporation in building a more flexible and sustainable healthy system, supported by modern technologies, such as digital health and artificial intelligence, the “digital care” service was launched in primary health care centers as one of the entrepreneurial projects aimed at improving patient experience, and developing the health care system by taking advantage of technology technologies, where the service is provided within an integrated digital environment that relies on a unified electronic health file And interrelated in all primary health care centers, which enhances the continuity of care, and facilitates the follow -up of medical conditions accurately and efficiently.

This service is available to customers regardless of their geographical location. It also allows the benefit of medical advice via visual contact in multiple specialties that include family medicine, nutrition consulting and prevention programs, such as the smoking quitting program.

-urgent care
The Emirates Health Services Corporation launched a “virtual urgent care” service around the clock, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve health care quality and enhance the readiness of the health system in the country, and the service provides an immediate initial assessment of emergency cases through an innovative digital platform, and provides immediate medical consultations from remoteness, and without the need to actually visit health centers, in addition to spending medicines and connecting them to the house.

The service contributes to providing smart health solutions that rise to the customer’s experience, and supports the quality of healthy life through several advantages, such as the possibility of reserving appointments electronically, and providing time and effort in accessing the service, which enhances the position of the UAE, a leading party in providing more easy and efficient digital health services, based on innovation and technology, in line with its aspirations to achieve a more healthy and sustainable future for all.

This service has been linked to an integrated network that includes 63 health centers spread from the Emirate of Dubai to the Emirate of Fujairah, all of which work in integrated coordination with specialized hospitals to ensure the provision of effective and rapid medical care according to the highest quality and safety standards.

Social responsibility
On the level of community initiatives, the primary health care centers included in the visit reviewed a set of qualitative projects implemented and under implementation, such as “reassurance program” and “healthy health service”, which aims to provide health care to the most needed groups through innovative models, in a way that establishes the role of the institution as a proactive authority in prevention and early intervention, and reflects its societal responsibility in reaching all members of society.

Al -Serkal noted that the work teams showed in recent years great flexibility and exceptional ability to adapt and respond, amid accelerated operational variables, saying: “The advancement of the health sector starts from the front lines, where the spirit of innovation is embodied, and the qualitative differences consist of efficiency and readiness, in order to establish the UAE’s position as a regional reference in providing smart and sustainable health care.”
