7 advantages in the “Home” package to facilitate the services of the “Zayed Housing” program

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure has set seven advantages provided by the “Home” package, in order to provide housing services to the beneficiaries of the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program, as the package aims to facilitate and simplify procedures for customers wishing to obtain housing services.

The Ministry stated, through its digital platforms, recently, that the “Home” package provides 18 housing services to citizens, in cooperation with 24 government agencies, and allows the beneficiaries to deal with one party, instead of 11 entities as previously, in addition to reducing documents from 10 to only two.

The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure stated that a “home” package also contributes to reducing procedures from 14 to three procedures, while the fields of completion of services reduced only 32 to five, and indicated that the package aims to provide a future generation of proactive integrated services, ensuring the speed of completion, simplifying procedures and enhancing the quality of digital government services.

The “Home” package combines various government services and provides the necessary information and procedures on one platform, which contributes to simplifying and accelerating procedures. The launch of the “Home” package comes as a continuation of the efforts of the UAE government in achieving family stability by providing appropriate housing for citizens, as it is considered a continuation of the Ministry’s efforts in the bureaucracy, and in response to the goals of the next stage set by the rational leadership.

Earlier, the Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Suhail Al Mazrouei, stated that the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program has succeeded since its foundation in 1999 in achieving family stability to meet the demand for government housing, and to provide decent housing for citizens, as it issued by the end of 2024 more than 90 thousand housing support decisions with a value of approximately 60 billion dirhams, which included all regions of the state, distributed between loans and grants, and varied between building a new housing, Complete analgesic, maintenance of analgesic, in addition to buying a ready -made housing, governmental housing, and fulfilling a loan.

He pointed out that during the last three years, thanks to the flexibility of development and modernization of legislation, approximately 13 thousand housing support decisions were issued at a value of more than 10 billion dirhams, distributed between 10 thousand and 738 loans and housing financing decisions of eight billion and 807 million dirhams, and 2347 grant decisions worth one billion and 567 million dirhams, which contributed to reducing the numbers of accumulated decisions by 95%.
