Mohammed bin Zayed discusses with the Iraqi Foreign Minister to strengthen relations and a number of regional and international issues

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, “may God protect him”, received today, Fouad Mohamed Hussein, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq, who delivered His Highness an official invitation from Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, President of the Republic of Iraq, to ​​attend the Arab Summit in Baghdad scheduled for next May 17.

His Highness the President of the State, during the meeting, which took place at the Beach Palace in Abu Dhabi, welcomed the Iraqi Foreign Minister and discussed with him bilateral relations and work to enhance them, especially in the developmental fields in a way that serves the common interests of the two countries and their peoples, in addition to a number of developments and regional and international issues of common concern and the importance of working to promote peace, stability and cooperation in the region for the benefit of all their peoples.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed the depth of Emirati-Iraqi relations, wishing the brotherly Iraq and the people of stability, development and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, representative of the ruler in Al Dhafra region, His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency Bureau for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency Bureau for Special Affairs and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Hamad bin The state, Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al -Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and Khalifa Shaheen Al -Murre.
