المملكة: A qualitative transformation in judicial work .. “Justice” inaugurates a central model for the courts

The Ministry of Justice has launched a central model of the courts, which represents a qualitative and strategic transformation in all judicial work paths; To include legislative, procedural, professional and specialized aspects.
The model- which will start in specific primary and appellate labor courts- adopts advanced standards in each path, and the legislative path will work in verifying the accuracy of applying regular texts on the facts presented to them, and depends on the formation of specialized departments with professional standards and specific experiences to ensure referral of similar cases to the competent departments, in order to support the achievement of the quality of the outputs and the speed of judicial view.

Qualitative

The procedural path will contribute to raising the quality of rulings in objectively, and to reduce the provisions of the lack of spatial jurisdiction by considering all cases without adhering to the geographical scope, and this model contributes to reducing the average age of the case, in order to distribute the cases based on the capacity of the new model of the court instead of relying on the geographical location.
With regard to the professional path, it will deepen and develop experiences between the Kingdom’s courts within one court, raise the level of human cadres, and integrate skills and experiences to maximize their benefit.

In the development path, the application of artificial intelligence tools will support improvement of the quality of rulings and reduce contradiction in the provisions issued by similar issues; In line with the latest technical developments in the justice sector.
