“Dear” officially announces a residential complex in Dubai with 75 billion dirhams

Azizi Real Estate Development Company revealed yesterday its new project, “Azizi Milan”, the integrated residential complex inspired by the Italian city of Milan, and combines sophisticated design and sustainability, and culture that characterizes Italian fashion, to bring the magic of Milan to the heart of Dubai.

The Chairman and Board of Directors of the “Azizi Real Estate Development Company”, Maris Azizi, revealed in a special statement to “Emirates Today”, last February, the company’s intention to announce in April 2025 the details and plans of its latest huge real estate projects in Dubai, which will include 250 residential towers.

According to the company, the “Dear Milan” project extends over a total area of ​​40 million square feet, with a value of more than 75 billion dirhams, which makes it one of the largest multi -use housing complexes in the UAE, while the project is expected to accommodate about 144 thousand people, and includes 800 hotel rooms, 81 thousand and 200 housing units.

The company expected that the project would become the fashion center in the region, through a dedicated network of fashion streets, each of which carries a special character, such as a perfume street, another for cosmetics, in addition to streets for fashion and bags. With a large number of high -end fashion brands, small stores, cafes and luxury restaurants, “Dear Milan” will be an ideal destination for those wishing to enjoy the vitality of the city after working hours, and for those who want to attend international fashion shows and events that will be held there.

In addition to the application of a wide range of sustainable construction practices, each building will include a green garden on its surface, while the entire surfaces will be planted – along with the platforms and large specialized spaces surrounding homes – with trees and flowers. The endless swimming pools will also be surrounded by green areas.

“Dear Milan” will include various residential projects, in addition to a huge commercial center, a luxury hotel, commercial areas and offices. The project also includes basic facilities that include schools, children’s nurseries, mosques, health facilities and gardens.

The longest project towers, the northern horizon, will form a height of 70 floors, while low and medium -high buildings – which ranged between 25 and 35 floors – will form the central part of the project.

The company confirmed that the sales of the “Dear Milan” project will start, at nine in the morning, in the hall of Conrad Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Street.
