المملكة: The Kingdom welcomes the appointment of Hussein Al -Sheikh as Vice -President of the Palestinian President

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcoming the reform measures taken by the Palestinian leadership, including the creation of the position of Vice -Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, Vice President of the State of Palestine, and the appointment of Hussein Al -Sheikh in the position, wishing him success in his new work tasks.
The Kingdom affirmed that these reform steps would enhance Palestinian political action in a way that contributes to efforts to restore the original rights of the brotherly Palestinian people, foremost of which is the right to self -determination through the establishment of its independent state on the 1967 borders and its capital, East Jerusalem.
