The dowry “Baraq” won the title of the President of the State of the State for Arab Horses in Morocco

Casablanca on April 27 / WAM / The dowry “Baraq” was crowned the title of His Highness the President of the State for purebred Arabian horses, in its second international stations within the thirty -second version, which was held on Saturday, April 26, 2024, on the ANFA Al -Ramli track in Casablanca, within the activities of the Emirati Moroccan horse festival.
The precious cup races series will be held with the support and directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidency Bureau, within the framework of efforts to preserve the ancient legacy of the authentic Arab horse, and enhance his presence in international forums, as well as supporting owners and educators and motivating them to acquire and raise Arab horses.
The dowry “Baraq”, who is descended from the descendants (Mohab × Shamous), who is owned and trained by Muhammad Disawi, and who was born to “Yas for Horse Race Administration”, and under the leadership of the knight Fadl Abdel Rahim, succeeded in providing a distinguished performance that directed the title to merit, after he imposed his control from the last turn to the finish line, in the sandy race that extends for a distance of 2100 meters for horses from the age of four years.
17 horses of the most prominent Arab horses in Morocco, North Africa and Europe participated in the race.
Baraq recorded a time of 2:27:33 minutes. Secondly, the dowry “Vika Green” (AF Al -Bahr x Dark de Vals) came, while “Mamouni Val” (Al -Mamoun Monlo x Viettal Bint Muhab) came in third place.
The organization of the Emirati -Moroccan festival comes within the framework of the established bilateral relations and historical ties that bring together the United Arab Emirates and the sisterly Kingdom of Morocco, and under the umbrella of the exceptional version of the precious cup races for this year, with its sporting and heritage value and great awards it carries. The festival includes various activities aimed at various groups of society, as well as the establishment of 8 races.
The race witnessed the winners, His Excellency Muslim Al -Amiri, member of the Supreme Committee for the Series of the President of the State Cup for Arab Horses, Director General of the Emirates International Village for ability, His Excellency Omar Al Tunaiji, Acting Chargé d’Affairs at the State Embassy to Morocco, and His Excellency Faisal Al Rahmani, Secretary -General of the President of the State Cup for Arab Horses, along with Omar Al -Skali, Director General of the Royal Company for Encouragement of the Persians, and Hisham Dabbagh, Deputy Director General of the company.
His Excellency Muslim Al -Amiri stressed that the Emirati -Moroccan festival reflects the depth of brotherly relations and partnership between the two countries, noting that the race witnessed a distinguished presence of the elite of owners and Almoravids from Morocco, North Africa and Europe, which reflects the position that the precious cup enjoys on the international scene.
He also expressed his thanks for the great support that His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan attaches to the Arabian horse march, and his keenness to consolidate his position in various global hosts.
For his part, His Excellency Faisal Al -Rahmani thanked and appreciated His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, praising his continuous directives that contributed to achieving the successes that the festival witnessed, stressing that the precious cup race has a prominent position in the world of Arab horse racing. He also praised the efforts of the partners in the Kingdom of Morocco, especially the Royal Company for the Encouragement of the Persians, on the distinguished organization, and congratulated the winners of the race title, which is among the highest in the history of Arab horse racing at the international level.
