A fine of up to 20 thousand riyals against everyone who seizes or trying to perform the Hajj without a permit
The Ministry of Interior confirmed the application of a penalty with a fine of up to (20,000) riyals against those who control or try to perform the pilgrimage without a permit, and those who are holders of visas of all kinds, or try to enter into the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and the Holy Places or staying in them, within the geographical scope of the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and its official and unofficial entrances, the central area, the holy sites, the Al -Haramain train station in Russeifa The security control centers, sorting centers and temporary security control centers, as of 11/11/1446 AH until 12/14/1446 AH. Noting the importance of adhering to the systems and instructions of the Hajj and Umrah applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, calling on those wishing to perform the rituals of Hajj to adhere to the regulations and instructions of the Hajj, and reporting who violates this by contacting the two numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al -Mukarramah, Riyadh and East and (999) in the rest of the Kingdom.
