"Emirati for adolescent books" It is a new consultant council

The new consulting council includes Aisha Al -Hamrani, an artist, the drawing of children’s books, and Israa Al -Mulla, Director of the International School of Story at the Sharjah Institute of Heritage, with long experience in designing stories narrative programs, Amna Al Mazmi, Executive Director of “Kalimat Foundation” with a distinctive fingerprint in enabling children to reach knowledge and Fatima Al -Khatib, “Sidra Dar for Publishing” interested in making a qualitative cognitive content and banana Rand specialized in designing and planning cultural events at the Sharjah Book Authority and Noura El -Khoury, the Emirati author, who influenced the Arab Child Library with many educational and educational books and stories.

Sheikha Badour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi, the Foundation and the honorary president of the UAE Council of Advisors, confirmed that the formation of the new consulting council represents an extension of a strategic vision aimed at expanding the influence of the council and enhancing its future roles.

She said that the new formation embodies our commitment to enabling Emirati women to perform pivotal roles in developing the child’s book industry and active contribution to the initiatives organized by the Council to enhance the culture of reading based on our belief that these women’s experiences will provide a renewed perspective that enhances the quality of the council’s projects and expands the scope of interaction between the authors and the painters and all workers in child literature, inside and outside the UAE.

For her part, Marwa Al -Aqroubi, President of the UAE Council of Advisors, said that this new formation comes and we are on the threshold of a more advanced stage in our work process in which the Consultative Council contributes to enriching and expanding events and launching qualitative programs and initiatives targeting children and adolescents in addition to expanding the scope of cooperation with authors, painters and publishers, developing their capabilities and motivating them to further creativity through the International Prize for the Literature of the Arab Childe presented from E. And & and other initiatives and this diversity in the experiences of the council members makes it a vital advisory platform capable of suggesting creative solutions that support the manufacture of children’s books and enhance the interest in reading.

The UAE Council of Jafea books through its new advisory council aspires to reformulate its programs and activities to keep pace with the changes in interacting with reading and developments in the child’s book industry with a focus on building the capabilities of workers in the child literature sector and enabling them to develop innovative and high -quality content and at the same time the council works to create new and stimulating events linking the child to the book in an interactive manner that combines art, story and education Reading and promoting critical and creative thinking in children and adolescents.

The Council is keen to keep pace with the needs of publishers, authors and painters by providing advanced professional development programs and establishing workshops and training sessions focusing on the technical and aesthetic aspects of child literature.
