The Board of Directors approved decided to grant a temporary exception to the requirement to pay the financial fines stipulated in the executive regulations of on roads, for a period of one year.

The decision includes those currently licensed, in addition to those wishing to benefit from any of the services provided by the Authority in the field of land transport activities.
They are exempted during the exception period from the obligation to pay the financial fines prescribed under the executive regulations of the system.
Extension of the Exception Period
The decision included delegating the Chairman of the Public Transport Authority to the authority to extend the exception period for an additional period of no more than More than one year, whenever the public interest requires it.
Provided that the decision comes into force as of the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette, in accordance with the approved statutory procedures.
