The conclusion of the activities of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Fair
Ajman on May 2/ WAM/ The activities of the third edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Show yesterday concluded yesterday, which was organized by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Organization under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al -Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman.
The closing day was attended by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi, Head of the Lands and Real Estate Organization Department in Ajman, while the exhibition witnessed a wide participation of real estate companies and local investors in the emirate.
The exhibition, which lasted for three days, also witnessed a great demand from visitors and those interested in the real estate sector, where the latest real estate projects and investment initiatives that reflect the development of the real estate environment in the Emirate of Ajman and the diversity of the opportunities available in it were reviewed.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi stressed during his tour of the exhibition, the importance of organizing such events to enhance Ajman’s position as an attractive destination for real estate investment, praising the role of the private sector in supporting the comprehensive development process witnessed by the emirate.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al -Nuaimi honored the winners of the fifth session of the real estate classification project, which was held on the sidelines of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, and stressed that the Emirate of Ajman is continuing in its leading development career according to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Hamid bin Rashid Al -Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, aimed at upgrading the performance of the real estate sector and continuing the comprehensive excellence march that resulted in tangible results on the ground It contributed directly to strengthening Ajman’s position as a modern city and perfect destination for business and investment.
A number of major real estate companies and developers participated in the exhibition, who presented exclusive offers and competitive benefits for investors, in addition to dialogue sessions and workshops that discussed the developments of the real estate market and best practices in the field of sustainable real estate development.
This exhibition comes within the strategy of the Emirate of Ajman to enhance investments and stimulate growth in the real estate sector, in line with Ajman 2030 vision to achieve sustainable economic development.
