المملكة: The Interior takes its duties by controlling violators of Hajj instructions and applying penalties

The Ministry of Interior has begun its duties to prevent violators of the Hajj instructions, which require a permit to perform the Hajj from entering the city of Makkah and the poet Qudsa or staying in them, and to control the violators and apply the penalties against them and those who facilitate them to commit these violations.

Violations and the application of penalties

The Ministry of Interior stated that everyone who controls or trying to perform the pilgrimage without a permit, and those who are holding visas of the visit of all kinds, or trying to enter the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and the Holy Poet or staying in them shall be punished with a financial fine of (20,000) riyals.
She added that everyone who applied for a visit visa of all kinds all the person has or tried to perform the pilgrimage without a permit, or to enter the city of Makkah and the Holy Poet or stay in them, and everyone who transferred the visitor visas holders, or tries to take them with the aim of delivering them to the city of Makkah for the Holy and the Holy Poet, and everyone who or tries to accommodate the visitor visas of all kinds in any place allocated to the housing of hotels, apartments, and private housing, The role of shelter, and pilgrim housing sites. And others, or cover up them, or provide any assistance to them that leads to their stay in the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and the poet of sacred, shall be punished with a fine of (100,000) riyals.

Punishment and deportation procedures

The ministry indicated that the penalties are multiple of the violent persons who are caught, and the deportation of infiltrators to the pilgrimage from residents and backward people to their country and preventing them from entering the Kingdom for a period of (10) years, and the student of the wisdom concerned with the confiscation of the land transport method used to transfer the visitor visas of all kinds to the city of Makkah Al -Mukarramah and the Holy Poet, and it was owned by the carrier or the shareholder or the complicity with him.
The Ministry of Interior called on everyone to adhere to the regulations and instructions for the Hajj, which aims to preserve the security and safety of pilgrims to perform their rituals easily and reassures, and the initiative to report violators of those regulations and instructions via the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al -Mukarramah, Riyadh and the eastern region, and the number (999) in the rest of the Kingdom.
