المملكة: “B bus” launches its training programs to receive the guests of Rahman

The bus counseling center for pilgrims abroad, in cooperation with Umm Al -Qura University, launched the training program for the rehabilitation of guides and administrators participating in the implementation of the operational plan for the Hajj season 1446 AH, within the system of bus guidance in the Holy Capital.
The program aims to train more than 1500 trainees and trainees of national competencies on the basic skills of the guidance processes for serving the guests of Rahman, and to introduce smart systems used in the center, including modern smart maps and the “Arshadni” platform concerned with guiding pilgrims to their residence in the Holy Capital.

“Rehab” program

The “Tarahab” program, which is accredited by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which is concerned with the importance of dealing and providing the best service to the guests of Rahman is one of the most important training workshops that were provided to human cadres from buses, administrators and fields, within the improvement plans for the development of capabilities among the employees of the bus counseling center and raising their efficiency to serve the guests of Rahman.

It is noteworthy that the center operates under the umbrella of the Coordination Council of the companies of the heads of sects and the providers of the pilgrims service abroad and with the participation of the General Automobile Syndicate and with the direct supervision of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, and continues to implement its operational plans, at an accelerated pace, especially since the pilgrim buses have begun to reach Makkah Al -Mukarramah.
