The ruler of Sharjah is issued by law on the regulation of the judiciary in the emirate

Sharjah, May 6 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued a law on the organization of the judiciary in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The law stipulates that the judiciary is a title to achieve the right, working to ensure the right to litigate for all persons, and prohibits any act that violates this principle, and that litigation is a right and guaranteed to all, and that every person has the right to be treated fairly in judicial procedures, and that the litigants are equal before the judiciary without discrimination.
The law emphasized that the judges are independent in performing their duties, and they are not subjected to their practice of their duties other than the provisions of the constitution and the law, and that it is not permissible to prejudice the independence of the judiciary, the honor and integrity of the members of the judiciary and their consciences and strip them of a guarantee of rights and freedoms.
The law guaranteed the right to defense to litigate in all stages of investigation and trial.
The law stipulates that the Judicial Council forms of the President and membership of both the head of the Judicial Department, the head of the Legal Department of the Sharjah Government, the head of the Court of Cassation, the Attorney General, the head of the Judicial Inspection Department, the President of the Appeal Courts, and the President of the Courts of First Instance, provided that the members of the Council are issued to name an Emiri decree from among its members as Vice -President.
The law defined the goals of the council in ensuring the independence, integrity and impartiality of the judiciary, implementing the vision and strategy of the emirate related to the development of the judicial system, the consolidation of the ethics of judicial work, the promotion of the principles of justice and the rule of law, the measurement of the efficiency of the judicial system in the emirate in accordance with the accredited global judicial indicators, and the contribution to achieving development in the various sectors in the emirate by providing an honest and developed judiciary.
The law dealt with a number of legal articles concerned with the final rulings and regulatory and executive decisions.
