Dubai, May 7 / WAM / The Dubai Multiple Commodities Center announced today, the granting of the Ali and Sons Contracting Company, the main construction contract for the next stage of the project to develop the Dubai Dubai region after the completion of the site processing.
The next stage of the project includes the creation of two first -class commercial towers that provide 62 thousand square meters of commercial spaces and retail outlets, in addition to many facilities, and they connect to the Abtown Tower tower with a new link bridge to support accessibility.
Ahmed bin Selim, the first CEO and Executive Director of the Dubai Multiple Commodities Center, said that the next stage of the Dubai Ap Dubai project represents a prominent station in the development of this region, and the partnership with Ali and its children confirm the constant commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainable urban development, in a way that establishes new criteria not only to Dubai, but extends to the region over its families.
Ali and his children will work to create the new two commercial towers according to the best health and safety standards, using the latest technologies and innovations such as drone scanning, pre -manufacturing outside the site, and 3D planning programs.
