Hajj infiltrators are threatened with deprivation of the entry of Saudi Arabia for 10 years

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an official warning directed to the Egyptian citizens wishing to perform the Hajj pilgrimage, whether residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or those coming from Egypt, that the full commitment to the regulations approved by the Saudi authorities and the failure to try to perform the Hajj without an official permit.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry affirmed that the Saudi authorities will take strict measures against violators, including the deportation of infiltrators for Hajj and their prevention from entering the Kingdom’s lands for a period of ten years. She also appealed to all visitors and residents of the Egyptian community in Saudi Arabia to adhere to the laws, to avoid legal sanctions and accountability.
Penalties for those who help the violators
The ministry indicated that the penalties will not only affect those who try to perform Hajj without a permit, but also everyone who contributes to harboring violators, covering them up or providing assistance to them, including accommodating the visitor visas of all kinds in places designated for housing inside Makkah Al -Mukarramah and the holy sites during the period from the first day of Dhul Qi’dah until the end of the fourteenth day of Dhu al -Hijjah.
The violators will be imposed on repeated financial fines, according to the number of people who have been hired or covered. The Egyptian Foreign Ministry also confirmed that it will ask the competent court to confiscate any ground transportation that proves its participation in the transfer of visitor visas to the Holy Places during this period.
Campaign to control the violators in the Egyptian interior
On the other hand, the Egyptian authorities are continuing their intensive campaigns to control illegal companies and brokers who focus on those wishing to perform the pilgrimage without an official permit.
The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced that it had succeeded in controlling more than three thousand fake, brokers and fraudulent companies during the last period, confirming the continuation of campaigns to pursue thousands of other violators to protect citizens and ensure the application of laws.
