He said: “We are facing an urban transformation journey that re -employed this space, not as a livelihood of inspiration for societies that beats with prosperity and inspires future generations. The Holding Group is seeking to redefine the concept of the modern city through an environment that celebrates heritage, devotes the principles of sustainability, and enhances the quality of life.”
He emphasized that the main plan embodies the commitment of the AR Deep Holding by drawing the features of the future of the Emirate of Dubai, by developing urban environments that put a person at the heart of the experience, and provides an exceptional value to society and partners.
His Excellency added that the group does not seek to create a traditional urban project, but rather to build an integrated model that reflects its vision of a more interconnected and sustainable city, celebrates identity and keeps pace with the aspirations of the future, and embodies the spirit of Dubai.
This project will be an advanced model for contemporary urban planning, in which green spaces, flexible infrastructure, and community facilities are integrated, within a sustainable urban environment that puts man at the heart of experience.
The plan is based on 17 measurable main performance indicators, to ensure concrete results in public health, local economy, environment, and community cohesion.
Pierre Engels stressed that the project provides a new perception of the Jebel Ali track, as it turns into a group of urban islands associated with each other inside a green oasis.
He added that these islands are connected to the surrounding neighborhoods, while the central park constitutes the beating heart of the project, and green spaces extend to merge with the urban fabric, in a lively natural scene and open to all, pointing to the addition of a new neighborhood to Dubai, to become environmental responsibility and social growth is a rooted basis for urban development.
The project’s urban design is characterized by its ability to create an environment encouraging daily movement, walking and societal interaction, where the population can reach within five minutes to vital facilities, open areas, workplaces and social services.
The project also contributes to improving public health indicators, by enhancing an active lifestyle, providing advanced health and well -being centers, and green spaces supporting physical and psychological well -being.
The project reflects a profound commitment to the Emirati identity, by integrating local heritage elements into design, including equestrian and housing inspired by traditional architecture, as well as supporting small and medium -sized companies in the fields of food, retail, and arts.
The construction works are expected to start in the project at the beginning of 2026, which constitutes a start for a new stage of urban transformation in Dubai, where ambition meets reality and the city’s features are reformulated in a way that keeps pace with its future aspirations.
