Shaima Al-Attar, director of Crispy & Healthy, who chose to preserve the Emirati heritage in a modern and healthy way, said: We developed Emirati heritage foods and put them in healthy packages, and we created an alternative to tuna using local fish such as kingfish, while relying on olive oil as a natural preservative, away from any chemicals.”

She added: “We thank ADNEC for supporting us in participating in this exhibition, and we carry a message to bring our products to the world.”
