Schools inviting students to update their data through the “Al -Manhal” system

Student schools and parents’ departments who have not caused their children’s data so far have called for the need to go to school departments, accompanying the original Emirati identity card for both the student and the guardian, to complete the official procedures and update data in the educational system, the approved electronic “manhole”, in the framework of its continuous endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the information and the integrity of administrative procedures.

The departments confirmed in official speeches for parents and students, which were seen by the Emirates Today that the modernization process is necessary and of utmost importance to ensure the smoothness of educational and administrative services, and to follow up the study status of students accurately, noting that the failure to update the data may result in disrupting some electronic services in the future.

The departments emphasized that providing the original identity is a prerequisite for completing the process of update, and is not accustomed to with pictures or electronic copies, noting that this procedure comes within the framework of keenness on the accuracy and integrity of the official data of students.

Schools explained that the modernization process takes place through the registration department inside the school, where parents will be received and procedures will be facilitated to ensure the speed of completion.

Schools urged parents to cooperate and quickly respond to this directive, because of its importance in ensuring the continuity of the services provided to students, including transportation services, academic support, and effective communication with the family.

The departments added that they expect full cooperation from all students and parents, noting the importance of expediting the provision of the data entrance with the required documents during the next few days, in the interest of everyone.

It is noteworthy that the “Manhal” system is one of the smart systems on which educational institutions depend to manage students information and facilitate communication between the school and parents, which makes the accuracy of the data in it a basic pillar in the success of the educational process.
