Fujairah is witnessing a global competition in the World Taekwondo Championship 2025

Fujairah, May 11 / WAM / The World Taekwondo Championship for Junior 2025 in Fujairah, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, witnessed a strong competition and a distinguished technical level, amid international presence, reflects the importance of the event and the growing status of Fujairah on the global sports arena. The role of Fujairah is highlighted as a leading destination in hosting major sports tournaments.

This is the largest version in the history of the championship, with 811 athletes from 93 countries, in competitions held on the land of the emirate.

Over the past few days, the fights have witnessed enthusiastic confrontations between the players, as young talents have emerged from various continents and the methods and tactics varied, which gave a character of excitement and suspense to the course of the championship, especially with the rapprochement of technical levels between the competitors in various weights.

The coronation ceremony also witnessed the presence of a number of international figures in the sport of Taekwondo, led by His Excellency Dr. Zhou Chung Won, President of the International Taekwondo Federation, along with Maria Borilo of Guatemala, Idris Al -Hilali from Morocco, Anatoli Thirkov from Russia, American Einson Kim, Korean Japange Yang, Mario Mandil from Chile, and Korean Cook Jong.

Uzbeki, Sultan Beck Nabev, crowned a gold weight under 37 kg after beating Serbian David Kyuk, while Belgian Liam Proveners and Korean Thiago Kim won the bronze medal.

At a weight under 61 kg, the Kazakhsan Kazmbler Rumachkin won the Golden, followed by Canadian Nicolas Samardosk with silver, and the Greek Athousius Fotio and the Korean Seoul Lim won the bronze medals.

As for a weight below 33 kg, the gold was gone from the Thai Parmy Juming, while Amir Kadrov (AIN) received the silver, and the bronze went to the French Ancin Gang and Mexican Diego Orzko.

In a under 49 kg weight category, Andrei Milger (El Salvador) won the gold medal, ahead of the Turkish Ali Younis, while Ivan Bakhmov (AIN) and Rajos Josu (WT) won the bronze medal.

In the female, Korean Joyon won a golden weight under 29 kg, and the silver came from the Italian Alezara Alessandro, while Moroccan Omaima Mubarak and Maria Lulino (AIN) won the bronze medal,

At a weight below 33 kg, Dinara Sherbova (AIN) excelled to reap the gold, followed by Serbian Nadaga Babik with silver, while the bronze went to the Egyptian Jana Yousry and Hayibin Arad from Thailand.

As for a golden weight under 44 kg, it was the share of the Ukrainian Kareena Duzvinan, followed by the Italian Malak al -Koudari, while the bronze received Elisa Cesterova (AIN) and Tiange Fi from Singapore.

In competitions under 55 kg, Yen Shu Wu from Taipei was crowned gold, while Iranian Dorza Vasi received the silver, and the bronze went to the Turkish Pervin Avsi and Mexican Renana Hernandez.
