The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Astronomy Association, member of the Arab Federation for Space and Astronomy, Ibrahim Al -Jarwan, expected that the blessed Eid Al -Adha feast will arrive on Friday, June 6, while the number of expected vacation days is expected to reach four days, as according to the decision of the Council of Ministers, the holidays will be the day of the pause of Arafa, 9 Dhu al -Hijjah, and the Eid al -Adha holiday three days from 10 to 12 Dhu al -Hijjah.

Al -Jarwan told “Emirates Today” that the crescent of the month of Dhu al -Hijjah will be born on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 07:02 Emirates time, and it will be with the sunset of approximately 12 hours, and the horizon remains for nearly 38 minutes after sunset, and therefore his vision is possible that evening, and therefore Wednesday, May 28, the month of Dhu al -Hijjah, and thus will be on Friday, June 6, 2025 Eid Al -Adha, according to the accounts. Astronomical, taking into account that the dates of religious seasons are announced according to the legal controls of the competent authorities.
