17 ballistic missiles and 13 drones were detected within 24 hours

During the past 24 hours, the Kuwaiti Armed Forces detected 17 hostile ballistic missiles inside Kuwaiti airspace, and 13 missiles were dealt with and destroyed, while 4 missiles fell outside the threat area. The interception operations resulted in shrapnel falling in a number of areas, resulting in limited material damage, including some homes in separate residential areas, in addition to some overhead lines for transmitting electricity being out of service, without recording any human casualties.
13 enemy drones were also detected, 10 of which were destroyed, while 3 fell outside the threat area, without posing any danger.
The Kuwaiti Armed Forces confirmed their full readiness to protect the nation’s security and preserve its sovereignty.
