Sharjah Economy adopts artificial intelligence technology to issue commercial names

Sharjah, May 14/ WAM/ The Sharjah Economic Development Department launched the service of issuing a commercial name using artificial intelligence technologies in a qualitative step that enhances the march of digital transformation in the department with the aim of improving the experience of providing services to individuals and companies.

This initiative represents a fundamental shift in facilitating procedures and reducing the time and effort required to complete transactions through the various channels of the department.

The department seeks, through the implementation of the service of issuing commercial names using artificial intelligence, to provide an innovative and fast experience for the beneficiaries that depend on artificial intelligence techniques to analyze the nature of commercial activity and suggest innovative names and compatible with organizational regulations.

The commercial names version service through a platform supported by artificial intelligence technology includes a set of advantages, most notably reducing the time of the commercial name version by up to 98% and providing customized suggestions based on the user activity and its preferences while improving the experience of use and reducing human errors thanks to the merging of obstetric intelligence technologies in basic processes.

His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al -Mahmoud, Head of the Economic Development Department in Sharjah, stressed that the service of issuing a commercial name using artificial intelligence technologies represents a qualitative shift in the way to provide services to dealers in the department has been developed to provide a smooth and integrated digital experience based on artificial intelligence and operational flexibility to meet the aspirations of customers from various sectors and added that the project embodies the Sharjah economic vision in promoting digital infrastructure and employing modern technology in support Development march in addition to enhancing the flexibility and efficiency of the business environment in the emirate, facilitating the establishment of companies and business in its various specialties, and enhancing the attractiveness of local and foreign investments in Sharjah.

For his part, Ali Al -Naqbi, Director of Information Technology Department in Sharjah Economy, stressed that all digital transformation projects in the department start from a firm commitment to employing the latest modern technologies in a manner that ensures the provision of innovative services that enhance the customer experience and improve performance efficiency.
