The President of the State is discussing the American president, strategic relations between the two countries and regional developments

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and Donald Trump, President of the United States of America today, discussed the strategic relations that bring together the UAE and the United States and joint work to enhance and expand its horizons in various fields in order to achieve their common interests, in addition to regional and international issues subject to common concern.

This came during the reception of His Highness the President of the State today, President Donald Trump at the Palace of Al -Watan in Abu Dhabi, who is “a state visit” to the UAE, where His Highness welcomed the American President, stressing the importance of the visit in advancing strategic cooperation relations between the two countries at all levels .. appreciating his highly positive orientation of the American President towards strengthening Emirati -American relations since he took office, which is based on a common vision of progress and prosperity.

His Highness and President Donald Trump reviewed the prospects for cooperation and opportunities to expand its fields, especially investment, advanced technology, artificial intelligence, industries and other aspects that serve the two countries’ vision towards achieving a more prosperous future for all.

The two sides also discussed a number of regional and international issues of common concern that focused on the developments taking place in the Middle East region, foremost of which is the efforts made to the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and the containment of escalation in the region that threatens its security and stability … stressing His Highness the importance of continuing these efforts and pushing it towards the political path to achieve a comprehensive, fair and permanent peace that is based on the “two -state solution” that guarantees security and stability for all the peoples of the region.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan affirmed that the UAE and the United States of America are united by friendship and solid strategic alliances based on firm foundations of confidence, mutual respect and common interests … in addition to its focus on a long history of cooperation in various political, economic, cultural and other fields.

His Highness also stressed the UAE’s keenness to continue to enhance its cooperation with the United States of America in light of their joint visions on work for peace, stability and prosperity in the Middle East and the world and to build an active international position towards common global challenges..and this is based on the UAE’s steadfast approach to supporting stability, peace and development at the regional and global levels through the collective multilateral international work.

During the meeting, the two sides affirmed their keenness to continue strengthening strategic cooperation relations between the two countries in light of the attention that their leadership attaches to developing these relations in a way that achieves their common interests.

His Highness the President of the State … said that the UAE and the United States are linked with a strong friendship for several decades during which the UAE was a reliable partner of the United States, stressing His Highness the UAE’s keenness to continue to strengthen this friendship and strengthen it for the benefit of the two countries and their people besides continuing to work together in everything that achieves peace and stability in the region and the world.

His Highness pointed to the strong partnership between the UAE and the United States for the future, which was strengthened by the support of his luxury, especially in the fields of new economy, advanced technology and artificial intelligence.

For his part, the American President, led by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, praised that the relations between the UAE and the United States have reached the highest level and continue to achieve further development.
