"Ajman businesswomen": "Permeate" A qualitative platform that facilitates partial job opportunities

Ajman, May 16 / WAM / Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairman of the Ajman Businesswomen Council, confirmed the council to diversify its projects and initiatives in an innovative way that keeps pace with the aspirations of project owners and supports their pioneering career, by designing qualitative programs that provide a stimulating environment that enables business leaders to grow with confidence and sustainability.

She pointed out that the “Zam” initiative, which is affiliated with the Council, is a qualitative platform that contributes to facilitating partial job opportunities and linking job seekers with project owners, in order to achieve mutual benefit, enhance the flexibility of marketing members ’projects, and contributes to supporting the stability and sustainability of business.

This came during the workshop organized by the Ajman Business Women Council entitled “The Art of Flexible Sale” under the slogan “Secrets of Excellence in the Flexible Work System”, in the Ajman Association for Social and Cultural Development, with the participation of owners and owners of business.

The workshop was presented by Salem Al -Ghafri, founder and director of the Specialist Pioneers Center for Professional Development, where he dealt with a group of main axes that enhance the skills of participants in modern sales methods, the most prominent of which are: the difference between partial work and full -time, features and challenges of the partial work system in the sales sector, opportunities for excellence and success in flexible roles, along with persuasion and first impression skills, emotional intelligence, and communication art with Customer, adapting to market needs, diversifying channels and outlets.
