Ajman, May 18 / WAM / The city of Masfout in the Emirate of Ajman has witnessed a remarkable development in the various sectors thanks to the development projects launched by the government to enhance infrastructure and services and raise the standard of living of its residents.

The municipality and planning department in Ajman, represented by the administration of the municipality of Musfout, in cooperation with the Emirates Council for Balanced Development, is working on implementing sustainable development projects aimed at strengthening the economic, social and tourism sectors in the region in a way that contributes to creating an integrated environment for life, work and investment.

The projects focus on developing infrastructure, modernizing public facilities, enhancing the quality of life while preserving the heritage and cultural identity of the region. It also includes improving the road, bridges and dams network, establishing pedestrian paths and developing recreational areas, as well as providing integrated services to support entrepreneurs and enhancing environmental tourism.

The list of infrastructure projects that have been completed in the city of Musfout since 2022 included the establishment of new internal roads and its lighting with a distance of 46 km, and the modernization and expansion of the city’s connection to other regions in the Emirates such as Musfut Dibba, which facilitated the movement of movement and attracting investments, in addition to improving electricity and water services where projects were implemented to enhance the efficiency of water and electricity networks to meet the needs of the population and visitors.

In the escorted, it was implemented in several tourist projects during the same period, such as the natural park of Masfout, which provides green spaces and areas for camping and external activities, as well as the establishment of a number of resorts and luxurious breaks that are suitable for the mountainous nature of the city, which strengthened its attractiveness tourism.

On the agricultural side, the city witnessed the implementation of a number of projects that support local farms and contribute to improving production, as modern irrigation systems were provided to rationalize water consumption and increase production efficiency, and the completion of the first and second phases of the project to develop a Mazeer walkway and the project of Lake Percology and its walkway, and other development projects.

A number of projects that are nearing completion are being implemented, such as the museum walkway project (second stage), the project of the Mossbout Women Club, the knife operator project, the marble garden project, the Musafout portal project, a plastic surgery and cultivation project (the second stage), the project to develop and improve the Qasr Street, a project to complete the Falaj Masefut breaks, and the project to complete Cultivation and beautification of the Sanad Center entrance.
During the coming period, it is expected to launch several projects such as linking the path of the White Mountain to the path of Sawyer, linking the path of the Al -Mustab Dam to the path of deprivation, and the establishment of new roads in the city with a distance of 8 km, lighting of roads with a distance of 10 km, and the development of Mazir General Street (the third and fourth stages).

His Excellency Mohammed Khalifa Bakhit Al -Kaabi, Secretary -General of the Emirates Balanced Development Council, said that the project to develop the “Musfout” area in Ajman comes within the projects of the Emirates villages and within the package of community initiatives launched by His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the Presidency for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Heritage of the Human Human Foundation; Where the council implemented a number of projects, initiatives and community programs in cooperation with the municipality and the people of the region, including the restoration of dams and aflaj, the development of mountain paths for the sport of Hiking, and the activation of a number of activities and community programs, in addition to many service projects in various fields.

He explained that the efforts made by the municipality and planning department in Ajman and the Emirates Council for Development in cooperation with the relevant authorities reflect the full commitment to achieving comprehensive development in the city of Musfout, in line with the vision of Ajman 2023, by implementing ambitious projects and providing a supportive environment for growth and investment in a way that makes Mossbut an inspiring model for sustainable development that enhances the quality of life and provides promising opportunities for future generations.

His Excellency said that the council, which was established in the year 2022, is working to build partnerships between the government, the private sector and local communities; To achieve sustainable development in the UAE based on a strategy that seeks to create economic opportunities and improve the quality of life in rural areas and villages in the country.
