"Edge" Barzan Holding agrees to establish a joint strategic project in Qatar
Doha, January 20 / WAM / The EDGE Group and Barzan Holding announced their agreement to establish a joint strategic project aimed at developing advanced defense technologies cooperatively, in a step that confirms the strength of the industrial partnership between the two sides and supports the path of long-term strategic cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Qatar.
The agreement was concluded during an official signing ceremony held on the sidelines of the DIMDEX 2026 exhibition, which began today in the Qatari capital, Doha.
The joint project aims to contribute to the integrated development of advanced technologies to keep pace with renewable national security requirements, while supporting the building of sustainable industrial capabilities in both the United Arab Emirates and the State of Qatar. This cooperation also brings together the specialized expertise, operational visions and industrial capabilities of both sides, allowing the adoption of a more integrated approach in the areas of development and implementation.
