The new platform represents a strategic shift in the institutional training system, as it was designed to be an integrated digital environment that elevates the capabilities of health, administrative and technical cadres, and keep pace with the requirements of academic accreditation locally and internationally, which contributes to improving the level of health service provided.
The Makkah Al -Mukarramah Health Gathering emphasized that the idea of the platform was launched from the urgent need to develop the training environment through smart technical tools that accelerate procedures and raise the efficiency of performance, as it came under the supervision of the executive management of academic affairs and training, and in integration with the executive management of information technology.
In its first phase, the platform provides more than 45 training programs covering various tracks, and accommodates more than 300 training seats that are rotated throughout the year.
Smart services
It also provides more than 30 digital services that include organizing training tables, issuing letters, and evaluating performance, with a operational intelligence that contributed to reducing the time of procedures by 70%, and raising the readiness of training cadres by more than 40%.
The “trainee platform” was distinguished by a number of smart characteristics, most notably the automation of operations and the reduction of the time of issuing training letters from two days to less than 30 seconds, the provision of an instant control system supported by immediate notifications, and a job integration with the supportive departments to ensure the smooth flow of training inside and outside the facility.
The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of the Executive Director General and a number of administrative leaders who expressed their pride in this pioneering step, stressing that the platform reflects the medical city’s commitment to smart institutional transformation, investing human capital, and devoting a leading educational environment that responds to the requirements of change and contributes to sustaining competencies.
The “trainee platform” is seen as one of the pivotal projects aimed at reducing the rehabilitation period of new cadres, and providing high -quality training opportunities, which enhances the city’s position as a smart health institution that adopts the best digital practices and works to develop human resources on solid scientific and professional foundations
