المملكة: 7517 paramedics, vehicles and aircraft .. The Red Crescent doubles its efforts for the Hajj season

The Saudi Red Crescent Authority did its operational readiness for the Hajj season 1446 AH and doubled its field, artistic and human efforts; To serve the guests of Rahman and facilitate their rituals in security, health and reassurance.
This year, the Authority participates with 7517 qualified paramedics, along with 212 medical deportation cadres, including specialists, departments, operations operators and observers, in addition to 633 administrative and logistical support professionals, and 56 doctors to provide advanced medical care.
In addition to 9 ambulance helicopters operating within the air medical evacuation system in partnership with health and security sectors, to enhance the capacity of rapid access and transfer critical cases of sacred feelings and high density areas.

578 ambulances equipped

The spokesperson for the Saudi Red Crescent Authority d. Taymour Shukrallah that the commission mocked the capabilities of its ambulance fleet to serve the guests of Rahman, and paid 578 ambulances equipped, 80 specific response vehicles, 9 ambulance buses for collective transportation for cases, and 205 golf vehicles suitable for transporting inside the narrow spaces.
In addition to 500 electrical transportation, including vehicles and electric chairs dedicated to the elderly and people with disabilities.

He emphasized that this year’s operational plan was built on a careful study of the crowds and pilgrims, while employing modern technology in tracking cases, monitoring performance, and ensuring immediate response.

Shukrallah indicated that this great effort reflects the extent of the commission’s commitment to its human message, and embodies its integration with the rest of the relevant authorities to ensure a safe and sound Hajj.
He stressed the importance of the role of volunteers and volunteers who will have an influential presence in supporting the emergency and preventive works during the season.
He explained that the authority continues to raise its readiness until the end of the Hajj season, and to continue to provide its services in high quality, according to the best international standards in the areas of emergency and relief.
