It indicated that the process is technically completed by submitting a “virtual court” request in a few minutes, while the employer is given a statutory period of five days from the date of acceptance of the request to object or pay, which ensures balance and justice. For both parties.

The relevant authorities concluded by emphasizing that this path embodies the commitment of Saudi Vision 2030 to enhance the efficiency of the labor market, create an attractive investment environment based on transparency and speed of litigation, and preserve rights in a proactive and intelligent manner.
