These tours included hotels, hotel apartments, serving and other facilities, with a major goal of standing on their commitment to the tourism system, its executive regulations and approved standards, and ensuring the highest levels of quality of services provided to the guests of Rahman.
Field efforts
As a result of these field efforts, the Ministry’s supervisory teams implemented more than 550 accurate inspection rounds on hospitality facilities and various tourism activities in the Holy Capital.
During these campaigns, more than 120 organizational violations were monitored, and the teams were also able to address more than 85 complaints received, which reflects the speed of response and keenness on the comfort of pilgrims and pilgrims.
The Ministry stated that the most prominent violations that were monitored during the inspection tours included not adhering to the applicable tourism regulations and regulations, and the presence of violations related to the conditions of security and safety that must be met in these facilities, as well as notes on the low quality of some of the services provided to guests.
Strategic goals
By intensifying these supervisory and inspection tours, the Ministry of Tourism seeks to achieve several strategic goals, the most important of which is to ensure the extent of the commitment of all hospitality facilities and tourism activities to the specified systems and standards.
He stressed the importance of not to accommodate any individuals who do not have a regular pilgrimage visa or an official permit, in order to ensure the provision of high -quality services to regular pilgrims, and to enable them to perform their rituals with ease and reassurance and in a spiritual and safe atmosphere.
