Retal signs an agreement to develop 995 housing units in Khobar at 1.4 billion riyals
Retal Urban Development Company has signed today a sub -development agreement with the National Housing Company to develop 995 housing units in Al -Azizia district in Al -Khobar.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The total estimated value of the contract is 1.418 billion riyals, while the contract period is 42 months from the date of the contract validity.
It expected that the project would have an answer impact on the company’s results during the period of implementation of the project to develop for the years 2025 m – 2026 m – 2027 m – 2028 m.
