Examinations of the end of the year for students 3-12 from 10 to 19 June

The Ministry of Education has approved time schedules for the end of the third semester tests for the academic year 2024/2025, for students from the third to the twelfth in all educational paths (the general, advanced, applied, and elite), in public and private schools that apply the ministry curriculum, where the exams will start on Tuesday 10 June, and continue until Thursday 19 of the same month, while the period is set from 2 to 4 June to hand over projects and final tasks For group material B.

The Ministry has identified a group of public directives that organize the mechanism for implementing the end of the third semester exams for the academic year 2024-2025, which was seen by “Emirates Today”, to ensure the progress of the exam process with discipline and efficiency in all public and private schools applied to the Ministry’s curriculum.

Complete presence

The ministry stated that the exams will take place for the third and fourth grades, provided that the real attendance takes place in the school, while students of the fifth and ninth grades will perform, in all paths (the year and the advanced), their tests, paper and electronic in public and private schools as well, with the mandatory presence.

The directives included that students from the fifth to the twelfth grade are subject to tests that combine paper and electronic according to the nature of the material and the academic path, while stressing the bringing of personal electronic devices (mobile computers) during the exam period to perform electronic tests.

The ministry emphasized that teachers are not allowed to read the central exam questions for students, with the exception of third -graders only, as the teacher can read the text of the question without any explanation or directive to answer, in order to ensure equal opportunities and transparency.

As for the English language test for the twelfth grade students, the ministry has shown that it will be implemented in the form of electronically, within a timetable examination platform designated for this purpose.

Time plan

In the context, the ministry clarified that the twelfth grade students in private schools will perform their exams in public education schools, under the direct supervision of the educational branches coordinators, in coordination with school departments.

As for the chemistry test, the guidelines stipulated that schools in the general and advanced tracks are required to print the attached periodic table and distribute it to students during the examination of the exam, while the elite path students are allowed to use the periodic table within the Swift Assess digital platform in the media browser.

The Ministry stressed that all students are obligated to take their personal electronic devices to school during the exam period, according to the requirements of each test, and according to the approved time plan.

Examination race

According to the “Emirates Today” reading of the approved exam schedules, students of the twelfth grade begin in the “General” and “applicants” and “elite” race for the examination of physics on June 10, followed by the English language on 11, then Islamic education on 12, the chemistry on 13, followed by mathematics test on Monday 16 June, then the Arabic language on Tuesday 17, and the exams conclude with the subject of social studies on 18, and the neighborhoods on June 19.

It is scheduled that the applied path students will start with the subject of applied sciences on June 10, followed by the English language on 11, then Islamic education on 12, as applied mathematics on 16, the Arabic language is on 17, and their exams are concluded with the subject of social studies on June 18
