His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, witnessed the signing of a strategic partnership to launch the project of the UAE Stargit Data Center through cooperation between “G42” and a number of world leading companies in the field of artificial intelligence solutions and advanced technology.
This project is a sophisticated computational gathering of the artificial intelligence infrastructure with a capacity of 1 GB, which will be held at the headquarters of the UAE -new American artificial intelligence complex in Abu Dhabi with a capacity of 5 GB.
The “Stargate Emirates” is in charge of G42, while the Open I and Oracle managing its operation, and Cisco also provides zero -confidence safety systems and the communication structure supporting artificial intelligence, in addition to the (Softbank) group, and the Nafidia company that will provide the project with its latest systems of the “Grace Blasuilel GB 300”.
The project aims to provide advanced infrastructure and computing capabilities at the state level, while reducing data processing time to ensure artificial intelligence solutions that meet the requirements of a world witnessing increasing growth in this field. It is expected to start the first 200 -megawatled computer gathering in 2026.
The “Stargate Emirates” project establishes a solid base for expandable and reliable artificial intelligence, and will speed up the pace of scientific discoveries and push the wheel of innovation across multiple sectors that include health care, energy, finance and transportation, which contributes to promoting future economic growth and national development.

This project comes within the framework of a new partnership launched by the governments of the UAE and the United States under the name “Partnership to accelerate artificial intelligence between the United States and the UAE”, which aims to enhance cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies to develop safe, reliable and responsible artificial benefits that belong to humanity.

Within this framework, the UAE authorities will expand their investments in the digital infrastructure within the United States, through projects such as “Stargate the United States”, in line with the “American First Investment” policy that has been announced recently.
The headquarters of the new UAE -American artificial intelligence complex extends over an area of ​​10 square miles, making it the largest facility of its kind outside the United States, and the complex will provide artificial intelligence data centers and regional computing resources with a capacity of up to 5 GB, and the facility will be operated using nuclear energy, solar energy and natural gas to reduce carbon emissions, and a scientific park will also include to enhance innovation Developing talents and building a sustainable infrastructure for computing.
