Ras Al Khaimah, May 24 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, today opened the Mamdouh Region Council in Ras Al Khaimah, to serve the people of the region and provide an integrated facility that contributes to deepening societal ties, and allows them to hold their various occasions easily and easily.
The opening of His Highness, this council, which can accommodate about 200 people, comes within the framework of His Highness’s initiative to establish neighborhood councils in the various regions of the emirate, with the aim of enhancing the initiatives aimed at strengthening cohesion and societal ties, enhancing the national identity, supporting participation between the people in national, civil and religious occasions, and alleviating the burdens on citizens by providing a group of social and economic support services.
His Highness expressed his happiness with the participation of the people in the Mamdouh region, the opening of this important facility, which contributes to enhancing the values ​​of social cohesion through the initiatives and programs it hosts, and plays a pivotal role in enhancing the values ​​of communication between the people of the region, and provides a distinct space for their meetings and occasions, and thus maintaining the customs, traditions and authentic Emirati values ​​of solidarity and solidarity and transferring them from generation to generation, and planting the spirit of patriotism The homeland and loyalty to its wise leadership.
His Highness pointed out that this initiative comes within the framework of the activities of the “Year of Society” announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State “may God protect him”, under the slogan “Hand in Hand”, to enhance unity and ties between the people of the Emirates community, by preserving cultural heritage, enhancing communication between generations, and creating comprehensive areas that establish the values ​​of cooperation, belonging and joint experiences, in a way that enhances mutual care and pushes collective progress and growth Sustainable.

After the opening of the council, His Highness Sheikh Muhammad bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi made an inspection tour of the Mamdouh region and its neighboring areas, as part of his tour of His Highness on the southern regions of the emirate; Where he inspected a number of development and service projects that serve the people of those areas, met the people and conveyed to them the greetings of the father, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and reassured their conditions and listened to their needs in various fields.
His Highness stressed that the upgrading of the services provided in the regions of the emirate in line with the development it witnesses is an essential pillar in the vision of Ras Al Khaimah aimed at developing all ways of life and improving their quality in a way that meets the needs of society and enhances the well -being of its children, and contributes to achieving economic, developmental and tourism prosperity that they aspire to.
