“Mohammed Bin Rashid Solar Energy” sets a new global number in “Guinness”

The Managing Director, CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Saeed Mohammed Al -Tayer, received a record certificate from the official arbitrator at the Guinness Blind Corporation, in the presence of a number of authority officials.
