Pakistan exports of petroleum products rise 118.71% within 10 months

Islamabad on May 27 / WAM / Pakistan exports of petroleum products recorded a remarkable increase by 118.71% during the first ten months of the current fiscal year, according to the Pakistani News Agency (APP) today, Tuesday, according to the data of the Pakistani Statistics Office (PBS).
The data showed that the exports of petroleum products from July 2024 to April 2025 amounted to about 492.04 million dollars, compared to $ 22.97 million during the same period in the previous fiscal year, which represents an increase of 267.07 million dollars in foreign exchange revenues on an annual basis.
The Statistics Office also indicated an increase of 4.48%in the total production of 11 types of petroleum products from local refineries during the report period, as diesel production recorded a growth of 9.32%, while gasoline production increased by 1.97%.
In the same context, fuel oil production increased by 2.73% compared to the corresponding period of last year.
