Youth centers organize the “Gulf Youth .. Pioneers of Sustainability” forum in Ajman
Ajman, May 29 / WAM / The youth centers of the Federal Youth Foundation, in cooperation with the Youth Council in Ajman and Umm Al -Quwain, organized the “Gulf Youth .. Pioneers of Sustainability” Forum, to celebrate the Gulf Youth Day, which highlights the promising capabilities of young people in the countries of the Cooperation Council, and their vital role in consolidating the concepts of entrepreneurship associated with innovation and sustainability.
The forum – which was launched today at the Ajman Youth Center – Sheikha Rawda Bint Ahmed Al Qasimi, attended the executive of cultural relations in the Department of Governmental Relations in the Emirate of Sharjah, His Excellency Khaled Al -Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Foundation, and His Excellency Muhammad Issa Al -Khatif, member of the Federal National Council, along with a group of youth leaders and entrepreneurs from various Gulf countries.
The activities of the forum included a major dialogue session entitled “Steps towards Sustainable Pioneering Success”, organized in cooperation with the Department of Economic Development in Ajman and youth councils, in which a number of young entrepreneurs who presented their inspiring experiences participated, and dealt with the most prominent challenges they faced and innovative solutions that contributed to their success and continuity.
The forum included an interactive workshop presented by Dr. Omar Abdullah Al -Muhairi from the Al -Muhairi and Al -Dabi Group, in which he dealt with the most important challenges facing young entrepreneurs, while providing innovative solutions and strategies to confront them with sustainable methods that guarantee growth and expansion.
The forum also witnessed a visual presentation of inspiring success stories from the Gulf countries, in addition to a creative workshop in the field of flower coordination, as well as providing an introductory summary of the “Our Life in the Emirates” competition aimed at highlighting the inspiring youth models within the country.
The attendees toured the “sustainability pioneers exhibition”, which reviewed a group of entrepreneurial youth projects that embodied the integration between the concepts of innovation and sustainability, and expressed the ability of Gulf youth to provide practical solutions to face environmental and economic challenges through initiatives that have developed significantly in recent years.
His Excellency Khaled Al -Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Corporation, stressed in statements that the Gulf Youth Day represents an annual occasion to highlight the aspirations and achievements of youth, stressing that Gulf youth is an essential pillar in the march of development and entrepreneurship.
He said: “We celebrate this day to highlight inspiring youth models, and we believe in their pivotal role in leading future initiatives that contribute to the renaissance of our Gulf societies and we are working to enhance ties between institutions, universities and individuals, which provides a stimulating environment for integration and cooperation between Gulf youth.”
At the end of the forum, the participants of young entrepreneurs were honored, in appreciation of their efforts and initiatives in the process of sustainable entrepreneurship in the Gulf.
