During the meeting of the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah d. Al -Darai: The UAE praises the Saudi integrated system in the service of the guests of Rahman

Jeddah on the first of June/ WAM/ His Excellency Dr. Omar Habtoor Al -Darai, Chairman of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, head of the Pilgrims Affairs Office of the United Arab Emirates, met with His Excellency Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al -Rabiah, the Saudi Minister of Hajj and Umrah, in Jeddah in the presence of His Excellency Ahmed Rashid Al -Neyadi, Director General of the Authority, Vice -President of the Pilgrims Affairs Office and a number of officials from both sides.

During the meeting, His Excellency Al -Darai praised the fruitful cooperation with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, praising the Saudi integrated system in serving the guests of Rahman and the price of continuous efforts for Saudi institutions in following up the affairs of pilgrims and ensuring their comfort.

He stressed that the continuous expansion of infrastructure, the adoption of the latest technologies, and the rehabilitation of cadres, has strengthened the Kingdom’s position and its great efforts in serving the guests of Rahman, which contributes to facilitating the performance of the rituals easily and reassures.

The meeting dealt with ways to enhance coordination between the two sides to provide a distinguished Hajj experience, which includes the development of logistical, health and awareness services, in line with the UAE vision to provide smart and sustainable services.

His Excellency Al -Darai reviewed the initiatives of the UAE Pilgrims’ Affairs Office, the new for this season and digital registration platforms, which reflect the state’s commitment to the happiness and care of the pilgrims according to the highest standards.

The meeting reflects the depth of brotherly relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and their common keenness to enhance cooperation to serve the pilgrims.
