The President said: We in the State of Palestine have made wide governmental and constitutional reforms, stressing that our policy is based on the rejection of terrorism and violence, and refused to target civilians regardless of their nationality or affiliation. He added his sovereignty, we renew the demand of Hamas to adhere to the obligations and policies of the Palestine Liberation Organization, according to the concept of one state, one law and one legal weapon, if it wants to become a member of a political faction in the Palestine Liberation Organization, and without this we can never accept its membership. The President of the State of Palestine said that Hamas should abandon the rule of the Gaza Strip, which it was captured by force through its coup against Palestinian legitimacy in 2007, as this coup must end, and with it the negative effects that affected the Palestinian cause will end. His Excellency touched on the financial crisis that the State of Palestine suffers from as a result of the occupation authorities’ detention of Palestinian funds, stressing the need to pressure the occupation government to release the detained Palestinian funds, which amount to about two billion dollars, as well as the Palestinian, Arab and international efforts to provide financial and economic support according to the government’s program. With regard to the ceasefire and the cessation of the aggression against our Palestinian people, his sovereignty said: We are with a ceasefire immediately, and we have announced this from the first day of the aggression, because we want to stop the suffering of our people, so we always say: The hostages must be surrendered to stop the waste of Palestinian blood and the release of the prisoners, to spare our people more of the ravages of killing, destruction and genocide carried out by the occupation forces, as about 50 citizens were martyred yesterday, about 50 More than 150 others were wounded, because they were calling for food and medicine, so we say to everyone: The shooting must be at any cost, and the provision of the introduction of relief and humanitarian aid to the people of our Palestinian people, and the state of Palestine assuming its civil and security responsibilities in the Gaza Strip, and we are ready to receive our responsibilities directly, in cooperation with the Arab brothers and international parties related We wish the full success of your efforts. & nbsp;
