Al -Ahly youth adds the eighth star in the basketball Cup

The basketball team in Al-Ahly Youth Club, champion of the His Highness Vice President Cup competition, for the eighth time in its history, was crowned by beating its host Sharjah (104-99), in the final match that they gathered today, Sunday, at the end of the men’s stage.

The closing day also witnessed the crowning of the battles with the bronze medal, by beating its host Al-Nasr (81-64), in the match of determining the third and fourth places.

Al -Ahly youth saved the title of (Vice President of the State) its season, by kidnapping his first titles for this season, after he went to the Federation Cup and the General League Cup in favor of Sharjah, while the title of the third championship (Emirates Cup) went to Al -Nasr Club.

Al-Ahly youth also added to its treasures the eighth achievement as the most culminated teams (the Cup of the Vice President) after its crowning seasons (2011-2012, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018, 2021-2022, and 2023-2024), while Sharjah deprived his second title in the championship, after crowning the 2020-2021 season.
