The Best Syrian Film Award for the Syrian Film & RDQUO; Director Amir Fakhruddin, because of his deep humanitarian proposition and a high cinematic language, and the jury granted a special notice of the Saudi film & Ldquo; Salma and Qamar & RDQUO; thus the festival falls on an extraordinary course that celebrated Arab cinema, amid a remarkable public presence and a wide participation of the most prominent filmmakers in the Arab world.
and included committees Arbitration at the Rotterdam Arab Film Festival, prominent personalities from the Arab world and Europe, where the jury of the feature films competition from the Syrian star Amal Arafa, the Moroccan director and producer Khalil Benkirane, and the Saudi star Fatima Al -Banawi, also participated in the jury of the short film competition, the Egyptian artist Salwa Mohamed Ali, the Syrian director and producer Ahmed Al -Hajj, and the Saudi director and producer Razan Al -Saghir. The jury of the Dutch documentary films competition, Elizbith Frana, and the Iraqi film producer, Dr. Hikmat Al -Baidhani, actress and Moroccan director Zakia Al -Taheri, and the festival celebrate Umm Kulthum and the pioneers of the seventh art in its current session, where he honors Arab women in the cinema, highlighting artistic symbols that left immortal fingerprints in the history of Arab art.
