The appointment of 400 citizens in Al Ain by the end of 2026

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank announced a strategic initiative aimed at appointing 400 citizens of the state in Al Ain, by the end of 2026, as part of its continuous commitment to support the resettlement agenda in the country, and to enhance the participation of Emirati competencies in the banking sector, in line with the “National Strategy for Skills Development” and the “Nafs” program.
The bank stated, in a statement, that this initiative seeks to provide qualitative job opportunities in multiple fields, which include compliance, collection, services and banking operations, which contributes to enabling national cadres, and enhancing the institutional presence of the bank in Al Ain, as one of the most prominent cities in the country.
In a practical move to enhance this trend, the bank organized the “open -day employment” event, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Councils for two days in Al Ain, where he conducted immediate interviews with the applicants, and the evaluation of candidates to display a wide range of job opportunities, and the bank stressed that the event was a remarkable interaction, which reflects the interest of Emirati youth in joining the Islamic banking sector.
The CEO of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Group, Mohamed Abdel -Bari, said: “Noli in (Abu Dhabi Al -Islami) is a great importance to support Emirati competencies, as the attracting and empowerment of Emirati competencies is a strategic priority.”
He added: “Our initiative in Al Ain is a strategic axis in this trend, and reflects our commitment to the effective contribution to the comprehensive development of the country, and to provide sustainable and tangible impact of the sons and daughters of the UAE.”
In turn, the CEO of the Human Resources Sector of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Group, Bushra Al -Shehhi, said: “We aspire through this initiative to build an integrated system for the rehabilitation and development of national cadres in Al Ain, in cooperation with our partners from government agencies and educational institutions and the (competition) initiative, so that we focus on building a supportive and stimulating work environment for professional growth and innovation.”
