The United States and China are holding trade talks in London

Today, Monday, the British capital, London, is taking place between the United States and China, with the aim of defusing trade tension and bypassing the customs duties crisis.

A US delegation led by Treasury Secretary “Scott Beystin” and the Minister of Trade “Howard Lottennik” and American commercial actor “Jimson Jarir” will participate in the talks, while the Chinese delegation will be headed by Vice President of the State Council, “He is Living”.

Through these talks, the two sides are seeking to re -reach a preliminary agreement reached last month in Geneva to its correct path, as it led to reducing tension between the two countries for a short period and caused a state of relief among investors.

A British government spokesman said on Sunday: “The next round of trade talks between the United States and China in Britain will be held on Monday, and we are a nation that supports free trade, and we have always been clear that the trade war is not in the interest of anyone, and therefore we welcome these talks.”

The talks come after a phone call conducted by US President Donald Trump with Chinese President “Xi Jinping” last Thursday in their first direct communication between Trump’s inauguration on January 20.
