Dubai Police receives 44 thousand calls during the blessed Eid Al -Adha

The General Command of Dubai Police, represented by the Command and Control Center in the General Department of Operations, received the communication center 901, 44 thousand and 102 calls during the blessed Eid Al -Adha period, at 40 thousand and 808 calls to the emergency number 999, and 3294 calls on the number 901 allocated to non -emergency cases.
Colonel Bilal Jumaa Al -Tayer, Director of the Command and Control Center in the General Department of Operations, praised the efforts of the leadership and control center employees and the 901 communication center, in answering the calls of customers and inquiries immediately and in high professionalism, which reflects the directions of the Dubai Police General Police in the quick response with calls to enhance security and safety and work to delight community members.
Colonel Bilal Al -Tayer urged the audience to call 999 in emergency cases only, and to call 901 in non -emergency cases and in the event of inquiring about the services provided by the Dubai Police for community members.
For his part, Abdullah Ibrahim, Director of the Agency Agency Customer Center in the General Administration of Administrative Affairs, explained that the 901 communication center was received at the Eid al -Adha holiday 3294 calls on the number 901, 919 messages via e -mail, and 144 conversations through the “chat” service through the Dubai Police website, stressing that the services of emails and “chat” enable the customers to obtain immediate answers to their inquiries And their suggestions, by the employees specialized in the communication center.
