The regulations do not tolerate such violations, confirming that the sanctions begin with a fine of three thousand riyals, and escalate to ten thousand riyals for each worker who is seized in violation. It is required by the nature of the violation and the extent of its repetition. They demanded the necessity of concerted efforts and intensification of inspection campaigns to ensure the implementation of the decision firmly, accountable for violating companies and thickening the penalties against them to ensure that such abuses are not repeated. Stressing that the decision was placed to protect a person and must be respected. Pointing out that ignoring the application of the decision places the owner of the facility under the penalty of punishment, which includes the fine and a pledge not to repeat, stressing the importance of the operators to assume their legal and societal responsibilities. The Ministry also urged citizens and residents to report any violations through the unified number “19911” or through the electronic application of the Ministry.
