The Special Olympics concludes the Sports Administration Forum
Abu Dhabi, June 15 / WAM / The UAE Special Olympics concluded the first specialized forum in the principles of sports management, which was held with the support of the National Olympic Academy over the course of Friday and Saturday, with the participation of 40 students from the clubs of clubs and centers of determination at the state level.
The forum comes within the continuous technical and professional development plan for the sports sector at the Emirates Special Olympics Foundation, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of cadres working in the field of sports for people of determination, and enabling them to adopt best administrative practices.
The axes of the forum included several major topics, most notably the importance of sports administration and its vital role in achieving institutional and sports success, in addition to strategic planning, the effect of effective leadership, and administrative organization to ensure operational efficiency in sports institutions.
The organizers of the session emphasized that this initiative contributes to developing professional performance and enhancing the quality of national sports work, in order to support the vision of the Special Olympics in improving the quality of the lives of people of determination and their empowerment through sports.
