Students draw with “education” the features of developing the “equivalence of certificates” service, with the end of the end of the year’s exams.

Students of the schools and universities of the Ministry of Education shared the drawing of the features of developing the service equation service, with the approaching date of the end of the end of the current year 2024-2025, feeding the ministry is working to upgrade its services and achieve a comprehensive digital transformation.

Student Council

In this regard, the ministry organized a new student council within the “councils of future customers”, with the participation of a group of school and university students, with the aim of listening to their opinions and development proposals on the service of equivalence of academic degrees, in the context of its constant endeavor towards upgrading government services and achieving a comprehensive digital transformation.

The Council focused on involving new generations in drawing the features of the future of educational services, and enhancing their participation in designing innovative solutions that contribute to improving customer experiences, in line with the vision of the rational leadership in developing a flexible government system, highly efficient and complicated, embodies the targets of the government bureaucracy.

Challenge group

During the council, a set of challenges that students may face when applying for the service equation service and listening to their personal experiences, as well as receiving their innovative ideas to simplify the procedures and accelerate the mechanism of providing the service.

Interactive

The Council also witnessed a fruitful interactive discussion, in which students expressed their aspirations for an integrated digital experience that allows the completion of transactions with the least effort and time possible, and according to the highest criteria for efficiency and transparency.

Vibrant

The ministry emphasized that these meetings constitute a vital platform to enhance the concept of “designing services from a customer perspective”, and opens new horizons to create an educational and service environment based on the real needs of students, and employ technology to facilitate their academic and administrative lives.

Pure initiatives

It is noteworthy that the initiative of the “Council of Future Deangers” launched by the Ministry is one of the entrepreneurial initiatives aimed at involving customers from various groups – especially the youth category – in improving and developing digital educational services, which reflects the national trends towards a highly efficient smart government, and focuses on man as a major axis in the development system.
