Emirates Airlines is participating in the Paris Aviation Show

Dubai, June 17 / WAM / Emirates Airlines will participate in the fifty -fifth session of the Paris International Air Exhibition, which is held until June 19, after a break of more than 15 years from this event, and its latest Airbus A350.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airlines, said that the carrier reviews during the participation in the event the best of the air travel experience on one of the most important platforms in the aircraft resolution.

He added that returning to participate in the most important airline exhibition in France comes as a commitment from Emirates Airlines firmly supporting the aviation industry in the country, not only through its daily operations, but also through its continuous investments in the full supply chain for the aviation sector in France.

Emirates Airlines is serving the French capital, Paris, with 21 flights per week, including three daily flights with A380 aircraft, in addition to a daily flight with the A380 plane to Nice, and a daily flight with the A350 plane to Lyon.

Emirates Airlines is the first international tour tanker and also the only one that runs the A380 plane to Nice Cote Dazur, and over more than three decades, Emirates Airlines has played a pivotal role in supporting the aviation sector in France and enhancing the movement of trade and tourism between the two sides.

The carrier supports thousands of job opportunities in companies such as Airbus, Safran, Talis and others, through Emirates Airlines for A350 and A380 aircraft.

Since its inception in 1985, Emirates Airlines has invested more than 114 billion euros “130 billion dollars” to buy 254 Airbus aircraft, which included A300, A310, A330, A340-300, A340-500, A380, A350.

Emirates is considered one of the most important customers of the French manufacturing companies, as it depends on operating its fleet on “Michelin” tires, the components of aircraft and seats from “Safran”, electronic airline systems from “Talis”, and others.

In 2023, the carrier announced a series of contracts with Safran with a value exceeding one billion euros, including a deal with 896 million euros “billion dollars” to supply its new fleet of A350 aircraft, and Boeing 777x-9, and current Boeing 777-300er aircraft with the new generation seats from “Safran”.

The carrier has also invested more than 322 million euros in the advanced “Avant Up” entertainment system from Talis Company, which is intended for its new A350 aircraft.

The Emirates Air Shipping provides a weekly shipping capacity between Al Maktoum International Airport, Paris de Gaulle and Lyon St. Eczoberi.

Emirates Airlines contributes directly to more than 189 million euros ($ 215 million) annually in the French economy, through its operating spending on fuel, air crossing fees, air meals, landing and handling fees, crews, employee salaries, advertisements and care.
