The state’s speech pointed to the great concern about the humanitarian crisis in Sudan, and stressed the importance of the international community to move firmly, to facilitate the transition to a political process led by a civilian leadership independent of the army’s control, and the need to take urgent steps to protect civilians, and to facilitate the introduction of humanitarian aid without any obstacles, and the speech also expressed the UAE rejecting false accusations by the Port Sudan authority, noting that the decision of the International Court of Justice in the fifth of Last May, rejecting the lawsuit against the state, proving the falsehood of these allegations, confirming its continued support for a peaceful solution in Sudan, its support for the Sudanese people, and the word emphasized the priority of humanitarian action in the foreign policy of the UAE, and a reference to the establishment of the “Zayed Humanitarian Foundation” to commemorate the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul.
